    Description

    This is an angular clast, crystal, flint, chert stone (fossil) from Kansas
    and is dated to the Pennsylvanian Age (323 - 290 million years ago).
    This natural mysterious stone was found in an alluvial and glacial till East Kansas River wash zone, near Bonner Springs. This stone has golden clast flint with lighter chert rind. This stone has tiny fossils turned to chalcedony in the flint and chert seen with magnification (see photographs for fossils).
