RETURNS
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on total purchase price. No Refunds or exchanges after 30 days. When returning any product for any reason, an RGA number must be issued and clearly marking on the packaging. Any product not clearly marked with an RGA will be refused and returned by the freight company to the customer, pls contact us for an RGA #. All shipping cost for products returned whether accepted or not, are the sole responsibility of the customer. All returns must have all original packaging and literature and be in new sellable condition, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
