    The first was a Friday, July 31, 1942 appearance by
    LILY PONS
    with
    ANDRE KOSTELANETZ
    with
    SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
    .  The following Saturday featured
    GLADYS SWARTHOUT
    in her signature role as
    CARMEN
    with
    LICIA ALBANESE , JAN KIEPURA
    and
    JOHN CHARLES THOMAS
    .
    It is two-sided and measures about 6 x 9 inches on a medium stock matte finish paper.
