Please call us for your specific needs.  We also assist with technical difficulties for compressors between 5 to 125 horsepower. (serial number and model number tags are applied upon sale of compressors) Remanufactured back to OEM specs. 2 Year standard warranty by American Compressor Engineering.   American Compressor Engineering remanufactures Copeland-Carrier-Trane and York compressors with new pistons-rods-rings-bearings(all Teflon)-oil-oil pumps- suction reeds-discharge reeds(or pucks)gaskets-terminals--etc.  All motors are sent through a five step inspection and certification series to insure quality and longevity in performance. Compressors are assembled by a technician that has been trained exclusively for that series. Compressors are then tested in our own unique R22 & Dry nitrogen Chiller for thirty minutes to test the following parameters--Pressure--Temperatures-Leak back--Oil Pressures--Amperages--Voltages-Vibration--Pump down--Etc. Compressors are then evacuated to 400 microns and recharged to 200 psi of dry nitrogen to check for leaks---after leak test compressors are reduced to 40 psi holding charge and readied for paint.
Upon painting with industrial high endurance epoxy and sealing units in plastic shrink-wrap compressors are placed upon the racks awaiting customers’ orders to ship out the unit.  American Compressor stocks Carrier--Copeland--Trane--York,  Carrier transportation, Thermo King, and some Bitzers compressor for the following applications-Refrigeration--Air Conditioning--Process Cooling-Special Applications.  We also stock a large variety of parts and gaskets. The sale of a compressor by American Compressor requires the return of the old compressor core.  If the old compressor core is not returned then additional charges will apply to the invoice.
