This is a fossilized Cricoidoscelosus aethus, a freshwater crayfish from the Early Cretaceous time period, about 125 million years ago.   These fossils are found in the Yixian Formation, Lingyuan City, Liaonig Province in China.  The Crioidoscelosus atheus measures 5 inches.  The entire piece meaures 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches by 1/4 inch.  Included with this fossil is a certificate of authenticity.    This is a unique piece that would be a great addition to any collection!
