Panini has been a leading manufacturer of collectable stickers and albums for a variety of subjects. In the late 1990's and early 2000's they released, for several cartoon series, and for a very limited time, a sealed bag that included a package of stickers along with an unknown solid figurine from the series. They were usually widely released in Italy as well as limited release in other European countries as well.
