    Detailer 365 is a brand known for amazing quality at very reasonable prices. We've extensively tested a number of competitors in all seasons to develop just the right microfiber fabric to satisfy our own and out customers' clean-car needs. Frustrated by the standard market options, we decided to hit the drawing board and set the bar higher.
    No detail is too small to be overlooked. We chose from dozens of prototypes on a fabric that's silky soft but tough enough for the rough stuff. It doesn't scratch you car, but it doesn't fall apart either. They're absorbent and still effective when fully soaked.

    Shipping:
    Shipping times varies based on your location, please see "shipping & payments tab" to receive an estimated time of delivery of your order. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment.- Expedited orders please contact us to arrange so we can better accommodate your request, please do this before you place your order on EBay!- All orders will receive a tracking number and we ship 95% of our packages USPS. All other items are shipped UPS Ground.- We ship Monday through Friday, there is no shipping on the weekends.
    International Shipping:
    We ship our packages DHL Global Mail, or our expedited solution DHL Express. All international packages will be defaulted as DHL Global mail which can take 6 to 10 days to arrive to your country. We are not responsible for duties/taxes to your country of import, all duties/taxes/brokerage are buyer's responsibility. - If you wish to place multiple orders, we will give you a discounted combined rate.     Returns:
    You must obtain a Return Authorization # before returning your product. Failure to do so, may delay your processing 3 to 4 weeks or rejection of your return.- As some items cannot be returned we reserve the right to deny any return for any reason. - Items may be returned within 30 days after the items are received. These items MUST contain original packaging, tags and brand new condition.- Items that have removed tags, worn, or anything less than brand new condition will not be allowed for return.- Items will be subject to 15% restocking fee and return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.- Refunds take 7 to 10 business days to appear back to your account.

    Exchanges:
    Items can be exchanged if the item being returned is in brand new condition. 1) Replace your order for the item you wish to exchange for and pay for the new item, please make sure you buy the item from our Ebay Store Direct-PB. 2) Email us for a return authorization on the item you wish to exchange and the order number for new order placed. 3) We will instruct you how to return your item/s, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the returned item/s. 4) Once we receive your item back we will apply a refund and waive the restocking fee.
