Its always best to perform a patch test when trying a new oil or other products.
To perform a patch test  using a carrier oil of your choice and one drop of the Essential oil
1/2 teaspoon of  a carrier oil and 1 drop of essential oil mix together. Apply a small amount to
an area of the skin such as the bend of your arm. Wait 24 hour if no reaction occurs more then likely
you are not sensitive to that oil- If any reaction appears stop using. If a severe reaction occurs, seek medical
treatment.
A reaction can cause if  the oil is not diluted properly.
All Oils I sell are Highly concentrated and should never be ingested or used undiluted.
To dilute oils - Use carrier oils or other products you are using(such as lotion example only

BLENDS BELOW
Aches & Pains Blend
Oils used- Helichrysum, Yarrow, Marjoram, Clove Cardamom, lavender, nutmeg,
black pepper, ginger, eucalyptus
Directions-Add 3-10 drops to a lotion or as carrier oil- or add to bath water.
Acne Blend-
Oils Used- bois de rose,moranga, eucalyptus,
petitgrain, palmarosa,lemon, juniper lavender
Directions-add 6-8 drops to 2oz of any facial wash.
A.D.H.D Blend
Oils used-Sandalwood, Helichrysum,Cypress,
Frankincense, Melissa, Cedarwood, Lavender, Vetiver
Directions- Add 6-10 drops to diffuser or add
12 drops to 1oz spray bottle add water shake well,
wait 24hrs and spray in room as needed.
Anti- Wrinkle Blend-
Oils Used- Violet leaf, Neroli, carrot,
bois de rose, lemon, palmarosa, frankincense
Directions- Add 6-8 drops to one oz
carrier oil or add to your lotion product.
Arthritis Blend
Oils used-Cypress, yarrow,sage,
clove bud, juniper, fennel
Directions- Add 6-10 drops to lotion
or carrier oil, apply as needed.
Athletes foot Blend
Balding Hair Blend- for both Men and Women
Oils used-Rosemary, geranium,
cypress, cinnamon, juniper
Directions- Add 6 drops to
2 oz shampoo and conditioner- use
at least 2 times a week.
Body Firming Blend
Oils used- Geranium, cypress,
juniper, lavender, clary sage, fennel
Directions- Add 6 drops to bath water
or to 1 oz carrier oil or lotion
apply after bathing.
Bruise Remove blend
Oils used- Helichrysum, German and
Roman Chamomile, Lavender
Directions- Add 6-9 drops to 1 oz
carrier oil or lotion apply to bruised skin.
Bunions, Calluses, and Corns Blend
Oils used-Calendula, Tagetes, Chamomile,
carrot, yarrow
Directions-Add 6-10 drops to lotion or
carrier oil, apply to area of concern
as needed.
