These caps have the spring clips on the back that go over the lug nuts to hold them onto the wheel.  Your Ford should have the lug nuts with the collar on them for the cap to clip onto.  Most of the Ford models had these types of lug nuts except for the Ranger and Explorer models with the center caps that are held on with the 3 screws.  If you have the style center caps with the screws you will need to change your lug nuts prior to installing these caps.
