Condition is in Excellent with nice corners and edges. There is some general handling  and slight bend in bottom right corner as seen in picture, nothing affecting appearance of front ...card measures approx: 4 1/8" W x 7 1/8" H...a Classic Cream/Grande/Grimshaw/ Detroit handbill !
