Hi-Tech VP-11 Hook and Loop Backing Plate is constructed of a flexible molded plastic plate. The flexible backing plate minimizes heat transfer, while it flexes just enough to contour to your vehicle's bends and curves. The Strong Hook and Loop – Velcro Backing securely holds your buffing pad in place during rotary buffer operation.
