This solid 3.25 inch tooth is from Daspletosaurus torosus. The evident crack was stabilized in situ so it is all natural. It is curious that there is evidence of serrations deep in the tooth. As the tooth increases in size the serrations The opld tooth appears to stay intact. The incidental morphology of the tooth could give yo enough to write a paper on tooth growth!
