    CARE FOR YOUR NEW INSERT
    Your new pillow or duvet insert may have been compressed for shipping and just needs a little help to reach its maximum fluffiness. Here's how:
    Remove the packaging and lay the pillow or duvet insert flat on a sturdy table or floor.
    Starting from the middle, use your whole arm to spread the batting from the center to the corners, repeating as necessary.
    Then lightly pat the surface (you are pressing too hard if you can feel the other side). Flip over and repeat.
    For pillow inserts: stand it up on the long side and pat shorter sides and top towards the center. Rotate and repeat.
    For duvet inserts: grab the corners and shake it, repeating on the other corners. You can also put the duvet in a dryer (no heat, check the care instructions) with one or two tennis balls to help break up any clumps of batting.
