Program for the 1st Annual Celebrity Softball Classic
held in Palm Springs, California to raise funds for The
ChildrenHelp USA program
.  The softball game was held
January 19, 1991
.
The game included celebrities plus Major League Baseball players playing a game to raise those funds.
There is also a
ticket used for admission to Celebrity Autograph Party
held February 18, 1991.
There are
three of the celebrity photos in the program autographed
as you can see in the pictures.  They are
Dennis Haysbert
, who is best known for his Allstate commercials (and to me, The Unit, TV series);
Josh Taylor
, bet known for Days of Our Lives soap series, and
Adrian Zmed
, best known for TV series T.J. Hooker.
