Psittacosaurus Baby Partial Genuine Tiny From Old Collection Dinosaur Fossil

Psittacosaurus Baby Dinosaur -  Vintage collection.
Hi, I’ve owned this since my school days so it is from over 3 decades ago. I got it from a rock shop back in Indiana if my memory is correct.  According to Wikipedia, this species has been found as north as Siberia/Russia and Mongolia;   to as south as India, Thailand and Laos.
I just pulled it out of storage and had to stabilize it with a sealant I got from Paleobond as it was quite brittle. As you can see from the pictures, it is
ONLY PARTIAL
, has many MISSING BONES such as spine, tail, leg bone, etc…. just to name a few. Also some bones are
BROKEN
with missing ends like a finger, part of forearm, etc.
Please notice the dark SPECKLED areas at bone wear (over preparation) and at bone ends (examples marked with RED arrows).  I’ve understood that these dark speckled areas are exposed fossilized internal trabecular bone structure (and fossil bone marrow) and this is indicative of genuine fossil. Also please note that this specimen is TINY, see comparison to the penny and next to tape measure. The skull is approx 3.5cm, which is under 1.5 inch.  See Riker mount picture, the

is only 8 inches long, Ie. This is a very small baby.
