The Rupes BigFoot Claw Pad Tool is a two sided tool that will allow you to clean and separate pads from your backing plate with ease! With technology ever changing and larger throw, more powerful polishers hitting the market each year, the hook and loop backing on pads and backing plates has been getting stronger. This stronger grip helps keep the pads attached and centered onto the backing plate much better than before, however when you want to remove the pads from the backing plate it can be a pain. The BigFoot Claw Pad Tool features an innovative wedge on one end, which is used to create separation between the hook and loop backing on the pad and hook and loop face of the backing plate. This not only allows for easy pad removal, but it greatly reduces the risk for accidental tears and damage to the pad during removal. The other side of the BigFoot Claw Pad Tool features a brush with semi-stiff nylon bristles. These bristles are designed to help you clean your pad safely and easily, no matter if it is still attached to the backing plate or removed and ready for cleaning. Return Policy
Brand new items in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Because we offer the lowest allowable advertised price and shipping on our items a 15% restock fee will be charged on all returned items and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Fluids can only be returned in unopened condition. If the factory seal has been broken the item can not be returned.
All returned items will be inspected, used/installed items or items not in factory packaging will be declined. Fluids that the factory seal is opened on will be declined.

All products are warrantied orby the manufacturer, if you should encounter any concerns or warranty issues with the products purchased please contact us by message  and we will assist you in having the manufacturer address your concern.
We only remove items from inventory if they are discontinued. If there is a delay in the item you ordered we will contact your promptly with an updated time frame and offer to back order the item or issue a complete refund.
