    DUAL FDC produced for the 16c Statue of Liberty sheet stamp issued in New York, New York, on March 31, 1978 (Sc. 1599), and then cancelled as an FDC the 22c Statue of Liberty stamp issued at Liberty Island, New York/ New Jersey, on July 4, 1986 (Sc. 2224). Hand colored black & blue cachet produced by an Unknown Cachetmaker, featuring an image of the Statue of Liberty's raised arm, torch & head. Unaddressed.
