This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with signs of age/wear; there is rubbing/scuffing to surface of instructions, edgewear and minor associated corner wear, demarcations in pencil, light creasing/crinkling along/about inset folds. Overall paper quality is good, smooth/clean, with good preservation of graphics and little fading to paper whites. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The instruction sheet measures approx 3.5" x 6.5".
