Vintage Die Cut & Embossed Santa Claus Face Paper MLP No. 874 England Christmas

Vintage die cut & embossed lithographed Santa heads on paper. Made in England. No. 874. Perhaps made by a company called MLP? These seem to be some sort of Christmas decoration or perhaps something for paper dolls. The sheet measures approximately 3" x 5" and has two of each face. I have seen larger sheets of these Santa faces so I know they came in bigger sheets than this but I'm not sure how big the original sheets are. I'm listing these as from the 1940's or 50's but they may be older than that. See photos.
