This is a plastic / PVC Figure from a large find of 1980s new old stock.
This a vintage Disney Donald Duck Figure that was used on top of a Birthday Cake as a decoration. Donald is sitting next to the the number 9, this is from Applause (was put out during the1980s)  and is about 3" high.
This type of figure was found at specialty stores and gift stores
This one is marked: Applause, China
These are NOS (new old stock) never used, from a store that closed
This one is in Excellent shape, this is very nice, not perfect, it is new old stock and never used, almost mint, but sometimes these had minor defects from the factory,, It is very nice, as sold new, but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect..
These are for collectors and should not be Given TO SMALL Children, as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed, not sure I would use it on a cake now....
Nice condition and never used, this is part of a huge collection of vintage Plastic / PVC figures items that were stored in a box for years that came from a Collector
This is a semi hard molded figure.
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
Tough to find item.
