very good, this is a rare piece and hard to find made by the Lorenz company out of Western Germany. This is a Walt Disney productions piece. This has the Walt Disney Productions label and Made in Western Germany. Measures 5 5/8" tall. Super nice piece, hard to find Lorenz Disney items. This is a take apart building toy. I know this is by the Lorenz company because I actually own the matching Mickey and my Mickey has the original paper hang tag which reads Lorenz.
