    This is a special First Day Issue stamp set. These are US stamps of the Canadian International Philatelic Exhibition. The top section of the booklet has unused stamps, and the bottom section has the official First Day of Issue stamped envelope. All the collectible pieces are in perfect condition. There is only a rip in the booklet that you can see at the top of the cover.
